Refund policy

All sales are final. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any fragrance products, including full bottles, decants, and perfume oils. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Rlrluna179@gmail.com or 347-972-5043 with photos of the issue, and we will resolve it with a replacement or store credit.
